By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. Colors, dimensions, embroidery, personalization and other details may vary slightly because of screen settings, materials and the handmade or made-to-order nature of certain products. Product descriptions, availability and quantities may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit sales by person, region or jurisdiction where permitted by law.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and payment is successfully processed. We may reject, limit or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, inventory errors or pricing errors, and will notify you using the contact details supplied at checkout. Please review personalization, spelling, shipping address and other selections carefully before submitting your order. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown when the order is placed. Unless expressly stated, prices do not include shipping, handling, customs, import charges or applicable taxes. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Tracked Standard Shipping is USD $7.95 per order, with an estimated transit time of 12–15 days after dispatch. Processing or production time, where shown on a product page or at checkout, is additional. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, peak periods or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, designs, video and audio, are owned by or licensed to INTILACE COMPANY LIMITED, Hexcharm or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Hexcharm is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Purchases made from our store are transactions directly between you and Hexcharm. Shopify is not the seller and is not responsible for products, fulfillment, returns or disputes between you and Hexcharm, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify processes certain personal information to provide and improve the platform. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless INTILACE COMPANY LIMITED, Hexcharm, Shopify and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from third-party claims arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services or infringement of another person’s rights.
SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior communications on that subject.

Courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong SAR will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law permits proceedings elsewhere.
